Description
- Coordination with the clients of concerned post and collect feedback report.
- Find out potential clients and increase posts at south-east region.
- Intimate and solve all operational issues. (Post visit, meeting with clients develop security system of posts).
- Conducting investigation for any incident or accident.
- Checking monthly attendance of the field forces.
- Posting adjustment of the field forces in coordination with AHQ.
- Performing regular post visit (day & night)
- Motivation, counseling and grievance handling of field forces.
- Performance evaluation and promotion recommendation of filed forces.
- Look over approximate 400 to 500 security personnel.
- Looking after welfare of field forces. (Leave/Accommodation/Messing etc.)
- Ensure training of security personnel under his command.
- Supervise all operation related issue like posting plan, promotion & reward plan, motivation, salary disbursement, overtime distribution, desertion control and grievance handling of security forces.
Pre-requisites to apply:
- Minimum Graduation from any discipline from a recognized university (Graduation from BBA, Public Administration, Criminology will get preference.)
- Preferably 01 year experience from relevant field
Or
- Retired Lieutenant/ Second Lieutenant from military background with fair background.
- Hard working & energetic
- Must have personnel management and good leadership skill
- Within 30 years of Age.
Job Location: Dhaka/ Cox’s Bazar
