Description

• Implement and manage organization’s compliance standard as well as interacting with regulators on compliance issues.
• Coordinate efforts related to audits, reviews, and examinations. Prepare program and keep the documentation related to audit and compliance.
• Monitor each floor to check all kinds of compliance issues in respect to government requirement.
• Conduct internal H&S and Environmental assessments in a regular interval.
• Motivate the employees for maintaining all kind of personal safety and aware them regarding health and safety issues.
• Ensure the factories are in compliance with social ethics & health and safety requirements, etc.
• Conduct internal audit in light of Labor Law, Factory Rules & other national and international legal instruments to find out the non-compliance issues.
• Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
• Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
• Collaborate with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations
• Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
• Prepare and present clear and concise compliance reports to the Board.
• Maintain and implement fire, electrical & structural standard for creating a safe working place.
• Maintain every compliance mechanism/tools internally; through weekly, monthly and yearly comparative statistical report & tools.
• Review and update all legal documents/certificate/license time to time by communicating with the specific authorities.
