Description
- Analyze individual Wash & Dry operators performance.
- Time- study, capacity study & hourly production follow up.
- Monitoring Wash & Dry line score sheets by hourly basis.
- Training Wash & Dry operators’ efficiency follow up.
- Preparation of Daily Report as an IE Officer.
- Making the daily Wash & Dry Line efficiency, Factory Efficiency, Production status, NPT reports.
- Making Factory Wash & Dry Hourly Production monitoring chart and must show to Asst. Manager/Manager.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor/ Masters in Industrial Production Engineering (IPE)/ B.Sc in Textile Engineering/ M.Sc (Math)
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 30 years
- Procedure of making Miss-use manpower report.
- Hourly output monitoring (Individual operation) & Bottleneck management.
- Should have ready to work under pressure;
- Must have well behavior and good communication skill both verbal and written.
- Good computer skill in MS word, excel and power point especially
