Description
- Plan, implement and manage the overall business branding and marketing strategy.
- Create brand architecture and sub-brands defining their USP’s and positioning in line with the overall positioning.
- Execute and manage real estate sales & Marketing operations (Commercial, Residential).
- Create marketing and PR strategy for pre-launch and post launch era consistent with the overall business strategy.
- Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Website maintenance, social media participation and trade show exhibitions represent additional tasks supervised.
- Plan & conduct market research and competitor analysis with continual updates.
- Contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- BBA (Major in Marketing)
- Skills Required: Brand Promotion,Business Development,Advertising & Promotion,Customer Support/ Client Service,Corporate Marketing,Consumer Durables – Sales & Marketing
Employment Status: Full-time
