Description
- Responsible for Procuring Lands to increase Company’s Portfolio.
- Collect Land information from various Sources/ Locations of Tepantor City.
- Frequently visit Lands, follow-up, Negotiate with Prospect and keep record for
- Management information’s.
- Prepare Land Proposal for Land Development.
- Ensure proper coordination and liaison with Land Owner.
- Conduct Market Analysis and provide accurate Business Reports.
- To coordinate with different department as necessary.
- Serves as a Lead Facilitator both Internally and Externally for Land
- Procurement.
- Establish Plans and Ensure Appropriate Implementation of Prospective New
- Business Into The Company.
- Protects Organization’s Value By Keeping Information Confidential.
- Work Closely with the Marketing Department to Design and Execute Pre-Agreed
- Strategies Built around Developing New Business Growth.
- Determine New Opportunities by Analyzing Business Needs.
- Market Analysis and Deliver Accurate Business Reports.
- Will Be Responsible For Checking of Drafted Agreement & Power of Attorney
- Etc.
- Any others task assigned by the management.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
