- Planning, acquiring, managing new business and also achieve monthly assigned business target.
- Increasing the new customers base and develop Sales strategies for SME business.
- Ensure retention of the acquired customer and support relevant authority in order to recover NPL of own asset portfolio.
- Assess credit worthiness of the potential borrower through financial analysis.
- Collaborate with the branch credit officer for timely processing.
- Identify and evaluate potential risks in client businesses prior to on board.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in documentation.
- Prepare daily call / sales report (Daily/weekly/monthly).
- Ensure best customer service for both existing / new customers
