Description

To do Day-to-day general administration that include daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal & Corporate affairs.
To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per set Recruitment & Selection policy & Procedure and ensure that a fair recruitment is followed.
Employee Engagement Activities and Succession Planning.
To maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment & Selection
To maintain the employee’s Personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
To maintain & prepare employee ‘Resign List’ and ‘New Recruitment List’ for every running month.
To Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
To Maintain human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
Motivate, Counsel the staffs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
Assist & coordinate performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.
The incumbent will be responsible for the overall supervision, and development of the HR and Admin department. The main purpose of the job is to actively lead the department in a way that is consistent with the policies and practices of the company.
Have to coordinate with top management and able to take soul responsibilities.
Have to manage the recruiting process to attract and hire qualified candidates for position vacancies within the company.
Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin, HR & Compliance, workers daily attendance issues.
Good computer knowledge must be required.

Educational Qualification:

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
MBA with major in Human Resource Management from reputed university.
Any training on HRM, Compliance, Labour Law, Environmental compliance etc. will be added advantage

Employment Status: Full-time

Additional Requirements

Age at most 30 years
Only females are allowed to apply
Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department.
Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management & Compliance.
Good Knowledge in Computer,MS-Office and IT related areas
Swift typing skills will get high preference

Experience:

At least 2 year(s)
