Description
- Drive Sales Team to implement sales strategies.
- Monthly target setup for TSO and communicate them ahead.
- Short & long term planning (Monthly & Quarterly) for achieving the value & volume target as set by the organization.
- Ensure mobile head set market share / leadership in his area.
- Train & coach his team on product, special scheme, reporting activity, proper customer handling techniques, increasing selling skills and so forth.
- Arrange weekly and monthly meeting with his team.
- Follow-up TPP claim, KPI, sales team incentive, DOA status regularly.
- Analyse daily, weekly & monthly report and take corrective measures to achieve the team goal.
- Communicate to the NSM about daily lifting plan (val & Vol) as per asking rate.
- To organize and coordinate logistic supports.
- Required proven consultative sales ability and qualitative analytical skills & relevant computer skills
- To constantly explore new avenues for the development of business and for the improvement of business operation in the region.
- Setting objective and sales target in collaboration with other ASM & TSO
Educational Qualification: Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 35 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Minimum 2/3 years working experience as Area Sales Manager
- Must be good in English (Speaking & writing).
- Sound experience required for setup distribution/dealer network especially in Handset & device industry.
- Smart, Energetic, Hard Working and manage to sales product.
- Maintain proper customer relationship with clients.
