Description
- Complete project technical studies and prepare cost estimations according to project budget.
- Preparation of individual project site plan including designs and layouts.
- Assists in preparing and implementing new and ongoing projects/projects of the organization.
- Maintain project work schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities & resolving problems.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by maintaining workplace health and safety issues.
- Manage compliance and quality assurance standards for all raw materials of civil construction.
- Monitor work in progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports of the status of each assignment.
- Control project cost by strong & effective monitoring.
- Coordinate with all project-related personnel for the progress of work activities regarding procurement.
- Arrange and manage the workforce to work in a disciplined manner.
- Ensure the safety and security of Men, Machines, Equipment, and materials.
- Provide full support to the management regarding construction, repair, and maintenance.
Educational Requirements
- B.Sc in Civil engineering from any public or reputed university. (Candidates from BUET will be preferred)
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 year(s)
