Description
- Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
- Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental programs.
- Inspect and evaluate the environment with government safety regulations and industry standards.
- Improve the quality of safety and environmental management’s processes following established regulations, policies, standards and practices.
- Assess product, compliance or operational risks and develop risk management strategies.
- Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.
- Disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities.
- File appropriate compliance reports with different buyers.
- Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes.
- Consult with corporate attorneys as necessary to address difficult legal compliance issues.
- Discuss emerging compliance issues with management or employees.
- Collaborate with Human Resources departments to ensure the implementation of consistent disciplinary action strategies in cases of compliance standard violations.
- Advise internal management or business partners on the implementation or operation of compliance programs.
- Provide employee training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures and educate, train & provide supports to Operations in the development and execution of consistent safety and environmental management programs.
- Provide assistance to internal or external auditors in compliance reviews.
- Prepare management reports regarding compliance operations and progress.
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates having Masters Degree in any discipline with PGD in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management/ Compliance are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from any other discipline having proven skills may also apply.

- The Ideal candidate should be a proven leader and a team manager with excellent written and oral communication, planning and time management skills both in Bengali & English.
- The incumbent must have hands on experience in core compliance activities.
- Hands on Experience in local laws & rules regulations.
- Should possess excellent people management skills.
- Must have experience of handling at least 3-5 members team.
- Good presenter & communicator.
- Should be a result oriented person.
- Should be a person with high adaptability.
- Should possess multitasking ability.
- Strong negotiator & decision maker.
