Description
- Lead a Big Team
- Meet Efficiency & productivity standards
- To maintain pace with planning and production.
- Follow up total production flow by balancing to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
- To review, scrutinize, and develop operational process flows.
- Able to run several woven garments production lines independently.
- Must be sound on buyer quality and technical requirements.
- Managing day-to-day operations.
- Maintaining quality
- High Technical knowledge of ladies wear tops and bottom garments
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor from any discipline
- For exceptional case educational qualification may be relaxed.
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- At least 06 years experience in woven garments as a ‘Production Manager’
- Ability to multi-task and utilize resources to execute tasks within a deadline-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Commitment to continuous process improvement initiatives and the ability to solve problems creatively
