Description
- Day to Day Cash and Bank payments vouchers prepare
- Checking the bills and process the payments with approval documents and supporting documents for voucher prepare.
- Checking the departmental budget before actual payments.
- Regular update Sage Accounting software for Bank balance and Cash position update and Reconciliation of bank statements.
- Maintain Cheque books, pending bills registers, Bank fund transfer letters, and others bank related documents.
- Manage outside work for suppliers, banks, other financial organizations, VAT office, TAX office, different Govt. office for licensing and other requirements of outside work.
- Monthly VAT & TAX payable file maintain and Regular update.
- VAT & TAX payment Challan prepare and payments arrangement.
- Workers & staff bank account opening activities and support them for Debit Cards issue.
- Pending bills receiving from different departments and collect supporting documents.
- Utility bills payments (GAS & Electricity) with different reporting.
- CAPEX file update, WPPF fund Accounts maintain.
- Insure monthly closing entries all the Journal entries completed by end of the month. (Accord basis and regular update)
- Bank balance update based on online statement – daily, weekly,
- And support supply chain, HR and others departments to find out old payments bills for different requirements.
- Support Finance Manager for different certification and licensing work.
- Deposit slip prepare for different types of urgent payments for suppliers, settlement, PF loan, Maternity payments etc.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management
- Independent working ability to perform all the relevant duties.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in BBA, MBA
- Khulna University,Jahangirnagar University,Notre Dame University Bangladesh,IBA, Jahangirnagar University,IBA, Rajshahi University students will get preference
- Training/Trade Course: CA,Experience on VAT and TAX will be given preference.

Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 30 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Efficiency in Bangla and English typing Capability to work under pressure
- Good command in Microsoft Office suit especially in MS Excel, MS Word & Power point.
- Going outside office if necessary
- Should be highly self-motivated and willing to learn
- Highly skill of English speaking

Salary Range:
- Tk. 30000 – 35000 (Monthly)
