Description

• Organizing meeting for ManCom and other businesses. Also re-organize or reschedule any meeting as and when required maintaining proper records.
• Corresponding with ManCom members through e-mail.
• Writing notices and various announcements as per management approval or instruction.
• Maintaining all meeting minutes/ documents of all business meeting/ call.
• Preserving confidential Papers, files, Agreements and give reminder to concern person about the assignment as per meeting minutes through his reporting boss.
• Updating the management time to time about the execution of meeting minutes (responsibilities) through his reporting boss.
• Maintaining a database of all-important phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and contact addresses of related persons/ organizations/ institutions/ business firms.
• Will be responsible to inform and remind the necessary information, as and when required to management or reporting boss.
• Support ManCom/ management in documentation, archiving and schedules.
• Screening and taking notes from all meetings and preparing meeting minutes and other secretarial notes.
• Any other secretarial tasks are relevant to this role given by management.

Educational Qualification:

• Business Graduate having MBA in Management/Accounting/Marketing from any reputed University.
• CA-CC from any reputed CA Firms.
• Preference will be given to those who have certification on CS.
• Having minimum of 1to 2 years’ professional experience in relevant field

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Must have excellent knowledge on Advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Word
• Should have sound communication skill in written English
• Should possess analytical skills
