Description

• Provide service to customers by greeting, assisting and responding their inquiry and complaints.
• Identify key customers and extend personalized service to them.
• Review the customer requirements and make sure to meet the entire requirement.
• Collect order & cash, ensure delivery and achieve customer satisfaction
• Direct and supervise products sales, inventory tracking, reconciling cash receipts and performing best service for customers.
• Perform work activities of subordinates, such as clearing and organizing shelves and displays and selling merchandise.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receives satisfactory services.
• Keeping inventory and sales records for office use.
• Confer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets and promote business.
• Keep records of purchases, sales and requisitions.
• Plan and coordinate advertising companies and sales promotions and prepare merchandise displays and advertising copy.
• Perform any specific duties to sales and marketing purpose.
• Execute any other activities assigned by the Management.

Educational Qualification:

• HSC / Graduation in any discipline.
• Candidates’ studies marketing in any reputed private university will get preference.

Employment Status: Full-time

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 20 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• 1 to 3 years in any Retail outlet
• Candidates having experience working with furniture company will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results.
• Good analytical ability and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations.
