Description

Collect L/C application from, LCA, IMP from Bank.
Prepare the necessary works of L/C.
Submit L/C papers to bank for opening of L/C.
Collect Insurance cover note & policy from insurance Company and submit to bank for pay order.
Send Money demand to respective accountant & Cash department.
Collect copy of L/C, amendment, advice, shipping document, pay order of insurance from Bank.
Send Shipping document to C & F agent.
Maintain the import register, Insurance premium register, C & F bill register etc.
Submit bill of entry onward to bank.
Prepare L/C statement, BOND statement.
Any other tasks assigned by Management.

Educational Qualification:

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Studies
Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
