Description

• Establish & Maintaining the Quality Assurance System in the whole process of Woven garments.
• Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
• Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s quality systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirement.
• Effectively interact with production and Development Teams.
• Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
• Liaising with Customers Auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customer’s specification
• Writing technical and management system report.
• Assessing the product specifications of the company and its suppliers and comparing with customer requirements.
• Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies procedures and systems pertaining to QA/ QC.
• Supervising technical staff in carrying out tests and checks.
• Identifying relevant quality related training needs and arranges training accordingly.
• To handle Buyers QA during their final inspection and during floor visit.
• Lead safety, quality & compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero NC.
• Ensure cost reduction by avoiding all kinds of wastage.
• Any other job assigned by the Management.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Skills Required: Quality Management

Job Nature: Full-time

Job Location: Dhaka (Mirpur)

Salary Range: Negotiable
