Job Application: Head – Procurement

International Beverages Private Limited (A Subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company) is a part of The Coca-Cola Company’s Bottling Investments Group (BIG) and engaged in the manufacturing, sales, and distribution of beverages under the trademarks of The Coca-Cola Company.In line with our business plan and to cater to our fast-growing market, we are looking to hire a Procurement Head who will be responsible for ensuring timely sourcing of all purchases required for the smooth operation with optimum inventory, negotiating all purchases (Direct/Indirect) at best commercial terms – Price, Payment Terms & Other T & C. This role also includes responsibility to identify opportunities for spends optimization, plan for mitigation of Business Continuity Risk in all sourcing categories.

Job Responsibilities:
• Monitoring the production forecast & their sourcing plan vis-à-vis with optimum inventory.
• Effectively managing the associated price and other commercial terms to ensure that the spends are in line with or ideally result in favorability vs. Business Plan and/or deliver YoY savings.
• Lead procurement analytics to identify opportunities for optimization of spends
• Asses and plan mitigating any business continuity risk.
• Track and manage savings initiatives in collaboration and alignment with Operation/Leadership Team to meet expectations of value to be delivered by Procurement.
• Lead working Capital improvement by increasing credit terms and inventory optimization
• The production forecast & their sourcing plan vis-à-vis with optimum inventory.

Required Experience & Qualification

• 4 years’ Graduation/Post-graduation from a reputed University, with good academic results
• Experience in Supply Chain / Procurement roles in large manufacturing organizations specially in FMCG, working in matrixed global environment
• 10+ years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain
• Professional Degrees or Certificates can be added Advantage e.g. Dip. SCM (ITC) / CPSM / CIPS / CPIM / CSCP
