Description
- Wholesales:
- Must have the practical knowledge about the dealers and retailers sales point of greater Dhaka and its adjacent area
- Must be capable of hunting new dealers
- Must have the capability and mentality of rapid sales growth
- Must be capable of leading a large sales team and bring result
- Confer with the Sales Management in defining annual business plan for the sales function based on corporate strategies
- Translate the annual sales plan into quarterly/ monthly/ weekly/ daily operational plans and develop regional sales targets for each product
- Share sales target with all the zones and ensure that the target is fulfilled
- Monitor, motivate and engage people working under supervision, so that the sales never goes below the standard
- Plan, organize, implement sales programs for the concerned area and ensure that the overall sales objectives is achieved
- Regularly monitor the activities of the sales people with an emphasis on daily target and achievement
- Actively track sales movement of competitors products, pricing and marketing activities and report to the Sales Management
- Maintain various trade marketing activities for sales target achievement
- Discuss and provide sales forecast to the Sales Management
- Check out the market trends and suggest new product and product line to the Sales Management
- Build, establish, and maintain good relationship and regular business existing with clients
- Regularly identify potential clients/ group and start business with them
- Take report from the system to ensure timely collections from the market
- Perform any other relevant task assigned by the Sales Management
- Institutional Sales:
- Must have the practical knowledge about the Institutional Sales
- Must be capable of hunting new institutions/ parties
- Arrange meeting with corporate clients and assure fruitful outcomes
- Visit institutions, super-shops and ensure order
- Participate in tender, bidding, etc. and ensure that our company gets the order
- Communicate with high officials, corporate clients, project engineers etc. for sales purpose
- Coordinate with other departments so that products are made according to corporate clients requirements and approved sample
- Follow up with Factory to ensure right time production and delivery
- Perform any other relevant task assigned by the Sales Management
Educational Qualification:
- Masters in any discipline from a reputed university
- Masters in Marketing will have an extra advantage
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 40 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Territory may change any time according to the need of the organization
- Mindset of traveling 80% of the total time
