Description
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, considering materials, labor, and other relevant factors.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings through value engineering while maintaining project quality and specifications.
- Monitor and control project costs, analyzing variations and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
- Assess and manage potential risks related to project costs, providing proactive solutions to mitigate financial impact.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project costs, contracts, and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination on cost-related matters.
- Preparing and checking bill and estimation, reconciliation bill & BOQ.
- Conducting quantity takeoffs and produce Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for various construction elements.
- Rates Analysis on DSR Abstract Invoice reconciliation of material bill.
- Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender.
- Prepare & process subcontractor bills.
- To take the measurement from the site engineer.
- Review the quantities item listed.
