Description
- Maintain and troubleshoot Computers and computer related accessories deployed in branches under supervision.
- Receives requests from Branches having specific problems related to ICT devices like PC, Laptop, Printer, TAB, UPS and installed Software Application. Identifies source of specific problem and resolves problem in an accurate and timely manner. Requests may be received and assistance may be provided over the phone or face-to-face.
- Prioritizes requests based on severity of problem and impact to users productivity and overall ASA IT operations.
- Configures new and existing PCs by installation of appropriate operating system, software etc. as outlined mentioned in the guidelines and user’s specific job requirement.
- Crating issues regarding the ICT related problem in the online issue tracking Software.
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 30 years

- Should have work experience in Network & Hardware Troubleshooting in any reputed NGO/Organization will get preference.
- Must have ability to work under strict deadline.
- Able to work independently & under pressure
- Must be a team player
- Must be non-Smoker
- Should have experience of driving motorcycle.
- Graduate or Diploma in CSE/CS will get preference.
- Minimum 2 years working experience with good track record as IT support staff.
- Proven computer skills including MS Office applications, Excel and data Management Software.
- Hands on training in Hardware troubleshooting from a reputed institute.
- Good problem solving skills.
