Manager (Mechanical Maintenance and Automobile)
Description
- Maintain required stock of spare parts to avoid any production failures.
- Lead and monitor the activities of the team members and provide necessary guideline to them for performing the jobs effectively
- Responsible for all Concrete Transit Mixer, Concrete Pumps and Batching Plans’ maintenance, servicing, repairing and keeping record of all vehicle expenses.
- Develop effective plans & procedures to provide effective maintenance related support in the required arenas
- Verifying of fuel consumption of all vehicles by checking and controlling the KPL (kilometer per liter) of each one.
- Maintain all the equipment/machineries of the plant and workshop in proper working condition to ensure optimum production in all segments.
- Plan & execute preventive maintenance as per schedule and enforce those through maintenance staff
- Evaluate & monitor the operation parameters and take immediate corrective action
- Identify areas for improvement and assign workers to take care of issues
- Ensure the availability of spares for breakdown & preventive maintenance
- Identify & implement various measures to improve efficiency of the machineries
- Check and clean all the machines at the time of departure.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
- Public university preferred
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Age 33 to 36 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Experience in Ready Mix Concrete operation will get preference

- At least 10 year(s)
