Description
- 1.Plan and handle total HR Operations to align with overall Organizational vision, mission and objectives.
- 2.Review, improve, update and develop HR policies and guidelines, and ensure that they are complied by all supervisors and employees.
- 3.Conduct Training Need Assessment, prepare Annual Training & Development Calendar and conduct Training Session to motivate employees and improve their performance.
- 4.Plan and operate successful ‘Employee Engagement Survey’ to identify and solve Organizational problems.
- 5.Administrate and develop Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- 6.Negotiate and manage the Organization’s Administrative issues, Regulatory Affairs and
- Utility related matters with relevant Government and Non- Government offices, Local Administration and other related Organizations. Formulate various policies & procedures related to Administration & Security of the company.
- 7.Other activities as per Business/Management Requirement.
Educational Qualification:
- Must Have MBA in HRM From any Govt. approved reputed University. PHD in HRM will be an added advantage.
- Any additional Professional Qualification/Certification or Certified Training Course in a related discipline will be considered as an added advantage.
