Description
- Execute and coordinate the plans to assess the learning and development needs for Apex Footwear Ltd. at all levels in the context of the business requirements.
- Design, develop, implement and be the custodian of talent management interventions for sales channel associates and ensure structural upgradation to instill improved sales floor experience for customers.
- Execute learning and development methods comprising of contemporary and blending learning approaches as appropriate for the sales channel.
- Monitor, measure, and articulate the impact of development interventions and knowledge application to ensure business results (i.e. transfer of learning, transformation after training, low performer improvement, readiness for next role, etc.).
- Ensure the right quality of service delivery to the satisfaction of internal and external customers.
