Description

Participate in the full life-cycle of an Oracle engagement to deliver a complex, comprehensive financial ERP solution for the organization.
Responsible for hands on design and configuration of Oracle Financial Modules including Procurement/Purchasing, General Ledger/ Sub Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Inter-Company Accounting, Chart of Accounts, multiple legal entities, currency setup, Finance / Accounting setups, Tax, Payroll etc.
Provide month-end/quarter-end/year-end close process and related issue resolution support
Thorough knowledge of various setup options and configuration choices available across above Oracle modules.
Define and maintain testing scenarios and test scripts.
Assist with the review of end-user documentation and training materials. Support the delivery of end-user training.
Interact with various partners and team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs and application extensions.
Ensure all the Accounting and Reconciliation checks are the part of the Design and Period close process is smooth
Lead a team of 3-5 persons in the Financials and HCM track

Educational Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputed university with Finance/Accounting major. Double Major/Minor in HRMS or MBA preferred.
Professional certification in Accounting is a plus point.
Oracle corporation offered training or certification in Oracle Financials modules preferred.

Additional Requirements

Both males and females are allowed to apply
Minimum 8 years of work experience in Finance/Accounts/Accounting Information System
At least 4 years of solid experience in Oracle ERP Implementation Project as a functional team member/team lead in Financial Management modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, FSG etc.).
Solid understanding of accounting best practices based on a global ERP/Accounting Information System in a group environment.
Hands on experience in month end closing and financial statement generation process.
Experience in implementation life-cycle of Oracle Financials modules.
Leading the Oracle Financials modules first level of functional support, business process analysis and requirements gathering for customization.
Overseeing the Oracle HCM Cloud modules first level of functional support, business process analysis and requirements gathering for customization.
Very strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
Very strong issue tracking and issue management skills.
Communication, team work and team leadership skills
