Description
- Conducting human resource operations and activities in
- strict compliance with human resource policy.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the human resource management
- activities of the firm to maximize strategic use of human
- resources and employee engagement.
- Ensuring legal compliance and working closely with the
- higher Management on organizational issues related to
- Human Resources.
- Monitoring the daily business activities of all the branches
- and informing the CEO
Educational Qualification:
- MBA (Major in HR)/Masters from Dhaka University/ North South University/ IUB/EWU/BRAC University.
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 50 years
- Priority will be given to the experienced HR professionals.
- Experience of Insurance or Banking Industry will be preferred.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- (Both written and oral).
