Description
To pay regular field visits for supervising and monitoring the program. To develop monthly activity plan. To coordinate training for PESP mentors & supervisors. To provide technical supports to develop PESP mentors & supervisor’s skills. To organize/conduct regular awareness meetings & promotional activities with parents, community people, govt. primary school teachers and related govt. officials. To report the Program Officer (Primary Education). To write Monthly & Annual reports. Undertaking any other lawful responsibilities as assigned by the office/supervisor.
Educational Qualification:
Educational Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor of Education from any reputed public university. MEd in education will be added advantage.
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 30 years
- Age not above 30 year(s) on the last date for submission of application (as per NID card) Should be friendly, proactive, self-motivated and hardworking. Good in using MS Office applications and internet browsing. Excellent verbal and written communication/interpretation skills. Ability to work under stress and meet the deadlines, and good analytical skills. Candidates with working experience in relevant field will get preference.
