Description
- Plan, develop and implement strategic policy & procedure in aspect of HR management including manpower planning, local & foreign recruitment, selection, and placement.
- Prepare job descriptions and specifications (Job Analysis), write job advertisements and decide how and where jobs will be advertised, design application forms and prepare other recruitment material and budgeting.
- Screen application forms, shortlist applicants, devise and implement selection processes, conduct interviews, written tests and personality questionnaires and various group activities.
- Establish Performance Management through KPI & KRA setting according to layer for specific measurement of contribution to the organization.
- Developing and implementing HR Policies/Service Rule and Procedures complying with ISO Compliance, Job Analysis and strategic direction concerning to the organizational goal.
- Maintain relationship with external agencies such as job centers and local/foreign recruitment agencies to find out right people in right time to the right place.
- Developing and implementing HR Budget yearly/Quarterly in line with the business plan.
- Establish and maintain HR succession plan for all individuals.
- Enhance professional development by providing sufficient training that are available to all staff and prioritized by needs analysis.
- Continuously improve evaluation systems to assess the training outcome.
- Setup system and process for determining performance gap and necessary training and development.
- Set up in-house training facility including orientation and induction, develop materials and conduct accordingly.
- Maintain relationship with training institutes, network of external trainers.
- Work on succession planning i.e. identifying and developing internal people with the potential to fill key business leadership positions in the company.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Educational Qualification: MBA in HRM from reputed university with PGD in HRM.
