The Premier Bank PLC. is currently having 67 sub-branches besides 136 branches across the country and intends to expand its network across the country with more sub-branches to meet its corporate objectives/goals vis-à-vis brings unbanked people into Banking Channel in the country.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing overall affairs of the Sub-Branch
- To ensure smooth operations and render quality customer services
- Selling assets/liability products of the Bank
- Team lead to optimize Sub-Branch profit
- To ensure compliance banking to safeguard of Bank’s image
- To ensure overall security and safety of Sub-Branch
- Liaison with mother branch for any critical decision
- Executing any other duties as and when required by the Management/Line Manager

Education

Experience
- At least 6 years
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 38 years
- At least 06 years of banking experiences including 03 years in GB/In-charge. Having experience in Credit & Foreign Exchange will be added value.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
- Sound computer literacy is mandatory.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude while dealing with others.
