Description

• The selected candidate will be responsible for making effective monthly Production Planning and coordination of the Collected/received orders in consultation & coordination with Marketing & Merchandising, IE, Production and other relevant departments of the company. He will have to always maintain effective production plan by taking consideration of excellent standard efficiency level.
• The ideal candidate has to make production plan with efficiently implementation.
• Overall order status monitoring and conducting regular schedule meeting with merchandising & marketing.
• Building relationship with merchandising department & production people for smooth operation.
• Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
• Close relationship with operational/production teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
• Reviewing production plan time to time with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment targets to avoid any unwanted situation.
• Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules with coordination relevant department.
• Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation with consulting GM operation.
• Attending capacity loading plan/ meetings, identifying, verifying and clarifying all planning and loading related problems and subsequently informing the relevant departments and taking measures to apply the best solutions.
• Analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances when if required.
• Execute sample production meeting all the parameters as per Buyer’s requirement.
• Estimate machine requirements, working hour, fabric category, target unit and manpower.
• Calculate and finalize product SMV, CM calculation and finalize the product cost along with IE and Operation.
• To promote harmonious relation and to do liaison work between the workers & the management.
• Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

Educational Qualification:

• B.Sc in IPE or Textile Engineering from any reputed Public University/Private University or
• Minimum Master in any discipline with practical experiences and good knowledge on planning

Employment Status: Full-time

Additional Requirements

• Age 32 to 40 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• At least 06-10 years practical experiences in RMG ( Specially Woven Manufacturing and denim-non-denim wash)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
• Production (Cutting, Sewing ,Finishing and Washing) , Floor/ Line Management of woven bottom items in any Group of Companies.
• Candidate should have sound knowledge on 5s, TQM, and Lean Management.
• Good understanding on IE activities and workers skill and efficiency method.
• Positive mind to take IE responsibility if required.
• The applicants should have experiences to work individually in the largest Group of Companies.
• Candidates having minimum 02 years in same position in any woven bottom factory.
• Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill and knowledge.
• Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members without conflict.
• Good writing and spoken communication skills in both English and Bengali.
• Strong technical knowledge in Production Planning system
• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within given time-frame
• Good inter-personal & communication skills
• Honesty and open mind
• Truthfulness
• Good team player with Leadership Quality,
• Obedient to senior.
• Personality.
• Self-Motivated
• Sufficient knowledge & skills in computing like, excel, power point, software, MS word etc.
• Good mailing communication skill
