Description

Capable to handle Quality Control systems of International Branded Buyers;
Coordination with International Buyers QA Staff;
Capable to accomplish the inline, pre-shipment and final inspection;
Knowledge of all international QA methods;
Capable to establish all types of QA System in all the Units e.g. Knitting, Dyeing, Cutting, Printing, Finishing Etc;
Knowledge of sample development, approve pattern & ensure sewing workmanship & finishing quality in order to maintain a good standard product for executing shipment smoothly for the branded customers;

To provide quality QA inspection services and technical support to ensure customers quality standards are met;
Provide QA advice on complex product items to factories before and during the manufacturing process;
To guide the QC Team in factory in ensuring the best quality output;
Monitoring of daily quality reports & other documents relating to quality;
To reduce garments defects & make action plan analyzing the problem and to solve quality issues;
Rigorous control of reject, repairable and washable garments;
Any other task assigned by the Management time to time.

Educational Qualification:

Masters degree in any discipline
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
Minimum Degree from Textile University or other Universities of related field
Qualification may be relaxed for comprehensive experienced person in this field.

Employment Status: Full-time

Additional Requirements

Age 42 to 45 years
Both males and females are allowed to apply
Experience in Quality Assurance.
Solid track record of success.
Sound Product knowledge.
Experience in Textile (Knit Garments, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing/Finishing), Garments accessories will be treated as additional qualification.
Excellent communication skills and capacity to build strong working relationships efficiently with all levels.
Expert of handling Quality Assurance of world renowned buyers.
Capability to supervise and lead team.
Fluent both in writing and speaking English.
Well versed in computer operation.
