Description
- Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Market analysis and collecting of various sources of supply for various types of procuring materials.
- Visit the market frequently to take updates on material price, quality, stock availability, diversity and new invention.
- To go to the market for buying the product from actual suppliers and at an exact price.
- To check requisition daily and buy the product as per requisition.
- To ensure the specification, quality and quantity of the product according to a material requisition.
- To ensure that the price of the product is competitive and eye-catching.
- Maintain, updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
- Ensure zero deviation in price negotiation.
- To take quotation from different organization, update the price list and make comparative statement (CS) among quotation before purchase any product.
- To ensure on-time delivery of all material as per requisition.
Educational Qualification: Diploma/ B.Sc in Mechanical/EEE from any reputed educational institution.
Employment Status:
- Age 22 to 30 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Conversant with ERP/ Oracle EBS software.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Reporting and Analytical Capabilities.
- Knowledge of MS office & Internet browsing.
- Efficiently manage and meet deadlines.
Experience:
- At most 3 year(s)
