Collage Admission rules changed
এবার একাদশ শ্রেণিতে ভর্তিতে বড় পরিবর্তন আসছে। কলেজ ও মাদ্রাসায় একাদশ শ্রেণিতে ভর্তিতে এবার সংস্কার করা হচ্ছে কোটা, বৃদ্ধি পাচ্ছে রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি আর এসএমএস’র মাধ্যমে করা যাবে না আবেদন। আন্তঃশিক্ষা সমন্বয়ক ও ঢাকা শিক্ষা বোর্ডের পক্ষ থেকে একটি খসড়া নীতিমালা প্রণয়ন করা হয়েছে। ভর্তি আবেদন ১০ই মে শুরু হয়ে ২৫শে জুন শেষ করার প্রস্তাব করা হয়েছে।
বৃহস্পতিবার (২৭ ফেব্রুয়ারি) শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়ের মাধ্যমিক ও উচ্চ শিক্ষা বিভাগের পক্ষ থেকে আয়োজিত এক সভায় একাদশ শ্রেণির খসড়া নীতিমালা-২০২০ তুলে ধরা হয়। খসড়া নীতিমালায় ভর্তির ক্ষেত্রে মুক্তিযোদ্ধা, প্রবাসী ও বিকেএসপি কোটা বহাল রেখে অন্যান্য কোটা বাতিল করা হয়েছে। থাকছে ৫ শতাংশ মুক্তিযোদ্ধা, বিকেএসপি ০.৫ এবং প্রবাসী ০.৫ শতাংশ কোটা। ভর্তি নিশ্চয়ন ফি ১৩০ টাকার বদলে ১৩৫ টাকা নির্ধারণ করতে প্রস্তাব করা হয়েছে।
ঢাকা শিক্ষা বোর্ডের চেয়ারম্যান অধ্যাপক মু. জিয়াউল হক আগামী জানান, এক সপ্তাহের মধ্যে খসড়া নীতিমালা চূড়ান্ত করা হবে বলে। সভায় শিক্ষামন্ত্রী ডা. দীপু মনির সভাপতিত্বে আরো উপস্থিত ছিলেন সচিব মো. মাহাবুব হোসেন, শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়ের বিভিন্ন বিভাগের কর্মকর্তা, রাজধানীর সরকারি-বেসরকারি শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানের অধ্যক্ষরা।

This time, there is a big change in the class XII admission. The quota for admission in the 11th class of colleges and madrasas is being reformed, increasing registration fees and SMS can not be applied. A draft policy has been formulated by the Inter-Education Coordinator and the Dhaka Board of Education. The admission application has been proposed to start on May 7 and end June 27.
The Eleventh Class Draft Policy-2020 was introduced at a meeting organized by the Secondary and Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education on Thursday (February 26th). Other quotas have been abolished while retaining quota of freedom fighters, expatriates and BKSP in admission to the draft policy. There are 5 percent freedom fighters, BKSP 4.1 and expatriate 1.5 percent quota. Admission confirmation fee has been proposed to be fixed at Tk 5 instead of Tk.
Dhaka Education Board Chairman Professor Md. Ziaul Haq said the draft policy will be finalized within a week. Education Minister Dr. Dipu Moni presided over the meeting. Mahbub Hossain, officials of various departments of the Ministry of Education, the principals of the government-private private educational institutions in the capital.
