Description

Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information,
Prepare financial forecast and cost minimization strategies,
Develop financial strategies for smooth project operations,
Prepare and submit tax returns and corporate reporting requirements,
Prepare and record VAT return,
Handle Bank L/C and export/import related documents,
Reconcile general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and balancing information.
Provide financial status information by preparing special reports; completing special projects.
Prepare and maintain petty cash on daily basis,
Maintain general ledger accounts by reconciling accounts receivable detail and control accounts,
Secure financial information by completing database backups; keeping information confidential.
Directly involve with all purchase and supplier sourcing,
Develop and maintain strategies for smooth salary disbursement,
Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal financial controls,
Produce payroll by initiating computer processing; printing checks, verifying finished product

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounting & Information System
