Description
- Check import L/C doc, C&F payment, Salary sheet, Bonus sheet, material consume with issued record, In & Out register, challan, MPR, MRR, stock ledger, MTO, Gate pass, physical stock inventory.
- Responsible to check all land purchase bills , bank advice & cheque, voucher, fund transfer etc
- Check all kinds of adjustment for award baina, saf-cobla/registration, land mutation (Purchase), land exchange, bye & sale of land & apartment projects
- Check all kinds of proper receipts & payments with bank reconciliation, income statement etc
- Prepare reports on Audit findings
- Visit the projects as per requirement
- Supervise the audit tasks ( check all papers for plot & apartment sales, registration, refund, adjustment, merge, shifting, collection, handover, road construction & development work) of subordinates on an regular basis.
Educational Qualification:
- M.Com in Accounting
- Candidates must have CA Course Complete (CACC)
Employment Status: Full-time

- Attention to detail
- Good communication skill
- Sound in MS Office and Tally Accounting software ERP9
- Very good typing skill both on Bengali & English
