Description
- Develop and execute occupational health and safety plans at workplace according to legal guidelines.
- Ensure employees safe comfortable environment at work place.
- Ensure all employees are aware of occupational health and safety policy.
- Prepare checklist to check equipment and machinery such as fire detectors, fire hydrant, fire doors, firefighting equipment etc as well as check them regularly.
- Conduct regular training for health and safety matters and accident prevention.
- Create fire team within the organization and conduct regular fire drill.
- To make aware the employees about personal health & hygiene.
- Perform building safety audits and correction documentation.
- Identifies probable fire hazard areas and takes preventive measures on urgent basis.
- Ensure health and safety documents are reviewed and updated as appropriate.
- Keep the record of each fire related activity.
- Report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics to Management on demand basis.
- Any other assignment given by the Management.
Educational Qualification: Masters in any discipline.
