Description

To face and handle all kinds of audit (except quality) from the outsider.
To visit floor daily & find out the non-compliance issue and ensure the compliance by informing the concerned department and submit the report.
To check Floor’s Fire, Electrical & Safety issues.
To ensure Fire Safety Training & Training related documents making of Alliance.
To update the checklist of mechanical, safety as well as various register.
To prepare fire round reports.
To ensure the use all of the kinds of PPE properly.
To check the fire equipment ensure those ready to use whenever it needed.(fire extinguisher, fire equipments, hose pipe, exit light, fog light, smoke detector and so on.)
To visit the whole building & boundary area and making a report accordingly.
To ensure the holiday checking.
To prepare leave summary.
To check the attendance sheet, Job card, salary sheet before the salary payment and participate in paying the monthly salary for the worker.
Arranging all types of safety-related training for the employee and preserve the documents or maintain the register.(EHS)
To check & monitor all kinds of policy, license and license related documents & its updates.
To check the personal file. (If necessary)
To monitor and implement the issues which raised buyers.
To check the injury register and make injury and disease analysis report.
To ensure the audit related documents of CTPAT/GSV. the
To ensure documents of the environmental issues.
To handle and monitor the internal audit.
To arrange section wise worker’s training.
To collect and check pay slip.
To prepare fire drill documents.
To do compliance related and departmental work outside the factory (if required).
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor.

Educational Qualification: MA/ MSS/ MBA from any reputed University (Social Science/ English/ Law will get preference).

Employment Status: Full-time

Additional Requirements

Age 23 to 32 years
Both males and females are allowed to apply.
At least 2 years relevant experience.
Experience in RMG will get preference.
Good command in English and Bangla in Speaking,Reading,Writing and Listening.
Good typing capability of English and Bangla.
Sound knowledge in MS office, Internet & e-mail.
Ready to work anywhere in Dhaka and Gazipur Division.
Ready to work long hours at the factory
