Description
- Job design, standardize timing SMV and methods.
- Production balancing, Process engineering.
- Responsible for analyzing the workers performance.
- Monitor the workflow after initialization and update the methodology time to time.
- Should understand Garment wash & Quality procedures. Fine-tune process, suggest work aids and attachments.
- To analyze performance of operators & assist for salary decision.
- Prepare construction style package and follow-up.
- Practical experience in monitoring performance, identifying, solving bottlenecks and engineering workstations.
- Participate in the production planning.
- Must be practical and implement IE concepts and to improve productivity.
- Develop an IE team Train the production team in IE concepts; advise the management in IE matters.
- To co – ordinate with washing department for improving their working procedures
- Experience in Working Costing and Production SMV
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from a renowned university with excellent academic results or M.Sc./ B.Sc in Textile.

- Good interpersonal skills with leadership quality.
