Program Officer (Low Cost Sanitary Napkin Project)

Description

This job description is subject to change and modifies at any stage of programme implementation
Manage all aspects of the project including project oversight and administration, evaluation, benchmarking plan and other duties as needed
Identify opportunities for new customers and expansion the activities
Supervise production activities and staff management
To create a market demand that helps to increase napkin sales
Conduct regular market visit and market audit
Conducting consumer surveys
Ensure & develop the quality of products and materials for customer satisfaction
Conduct need-based training for entrepreneurs’ development support
Establish linkage with relevant stakeholders and organisations
Maintaining internal and external communication
Monitoring and feedback sharing sessions with colleagues
Prepare reports and presentation for donor persuasion
Regular field visit (two weeks a month)

Educational Qualification:

Masters degree in any discipline

Job Nature: Full-time

Experience Requirements

At least 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
water sanitation and hygiene

Additional Requirements

Age at most 40 years

Excellent personal presentation
Good market and analytical knowledge
