Description

• As the Leader of the Marketing Team monitor activities of the Team Members of Marketing Department.
• Initiate action plan to identify potential market along with new sales opportunities
• Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to improve current Business.
• Plan and execute revenue and profit targets of the Company with standard skill
• Focus on long term development while ensuring all short-term objectives are met.

Educational Qualification:

• MBA (Major in Marketing)/ Masters in Marketing from any reputed University with good academic background.
• Educational qualification may be relaxed depending upon experience.

Employment Status: Full-time

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 40 years
• Minimum 10/15 years experience in real estate sector.
• Strong interpersonal & Communications skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Sound technical knowledge of marketing of Land Plots.
• Strong Management experience and track record of successful internal business strategy implementation.
