• A motivational trainer to support business producers for best performance and achieving goals.
• Lead a training team, guide & coach them to ensure effective training and development functions countrywide.
• Regular Branch visit in Dhaka and outside districts to ensure training and development functions.
• Motivate team members and producers to ensure a high-performance Sales team for production and recruitment.
• Outline training methodology and produce high standard training materials for producers and Staffs to support reduction of producers drop out.
• Develop standard On line and Off line training materials for effective development of knowledge and information to producers.
