Description
- Configure & Manage LAN, VPN & Network Device ( Switch, Router, Firewall, MikroTik , UTM ).
- ISP & other’s Technical Support System Monitoring
- User Support (Desktop & Laptop)
- Configure & Operation IP camera/ CCTV, DVR/NVR ,
- HRM –Payroll Software & Attendance (Bio metric) device management.
- Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies; defining and monitoring access.
- Cisco Switch & Router configure & Manage.
- Advance Operation of Microsoft Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Create several websites (if any) and update the existing websites and social site.
- Operating system installation / troubleshoot, Antivirus management.
- MAC Computer Software installation, Mail configuration & Maintenance
- Mail server -cPanel Manage
- Video Conference [VC] Configure & Manage
- Microsoft Exchange, AD & ADC Manage and Maintenance
- Schedule Maintenance of all IT equipment’s
- Technical Support (Training, Presentation & Meeting)
- Ensure User Data Backup, process & Restore
- An active listener with demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
