Description
- Overall supervision of operational activities in a Society.
- Full Time monitoring and follow up with everyday Society operation.
- Coordinate & liaison with Society Members, Govt. & Private organization.
- Arrange Board Meeting; Prepare Meeting Minutes, Notice, Reports, and Circular etc.
- Control and supervise the entire logistic support including security & safety of day to day operation.
- Subscription – Monthly collection from Community
- Any other responsibilities assigned by Management.
- Must know social activities -Sports, Cultural event management, Health care, Children & women welfare activities.
Educational Qualification: Minimum Masters (Education completed or partly completed in Dhaka)
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 40 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Strong oral and written communication skill in English and Bengali
- Computer skills are essential- MS-Excel, MS-Word, Power Point and e-mail
- Should have minimum computer typing speed Bengali 20 & English 30.
- Ability to work under pressure in a professional manner.
