Drive the timely preparation of cash flow forecast on the approved budget – Analyze cash flow forecasts to ascertain funding requirement of the company and periodically review and alter forecasts in line with changing business requirements – Forecast, manage & analyze the cash flow to better predict, optimize and report of the overall cash flows – Develop investment and loan procedures by analyzing fund needs and surplus funds. – Ensure standard procedures are followed to improve efficiency in cash collections, funds transfers, cash disbursements, month-end account closing activities, and inter-departmental reporting – Liaise with banks to address any issues and meet queries – Develop financial reports to assist management in making appropriate decisions regarding debts and foreign exchange plans – Maintain security and confidentiality of financial records – Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior management and across key teams in banks, financial institute and Group to encourage the flow of information, sharing of knowledge and continuous improvement of the relevant operations – Make sure all core treasury related accounting entries has been entered into Oracle financials within each reporting month, to meet the Fast closing dead line – Ensure all kinds of report specially Management report, Auditors report, Bangladesh Bank & BOI report, BTRC & BSEC report, Trustee report etc in a period basis – Follow up and ensure that the existing credit facilities with the financial institutions are renewed on a timely manner to facilitate BDCLs better liquidity management – Liaise with legal team for reviewing the loan documents for new financing and renewal of existing loans – Immediately escalate any potential delays and other payment related issues to CFO for devising of necessary preventive plans and lenders to obtain leniency in deadline
