Shift In-Charge, Operation (Edible Oil), BMFPL
Description
- To maintain the process parameters in a modern PLC system according to Standard Operating Procedure.
- To make sure the proper usage of raw materials (such as crude oil, chemicals etc) and also keep data of consumption.
- To supervise the sub-ordinates who are involved in the production system to meet the production demand.
- To create awareness on chemical related issues among the personnel involved in chemical handling.
- To perform preventive & corrective maintenance in plant equipment for achieving the monthly target.
- To assist in the engineering, design, and implementation of process modification(s) to ensure smooth operation.
- To monitor all kind of equipment’s and machinery’s to fulfill the production target.
- To make sure uninterrupted production with the help of maintenance team.
- To ensure maximum production with best quality.
- Supervise the process operation to meet the production demand.
- To ensure safe working conditions and compliance with health and safety legislation.
- Plant start-up and shutdown, when necessary.
- Generate plant progress report for management to make production & development plans.
- To prepare daily production and chemical consumption report of the plant & maintain log books.
- To Supervise the worker in order to ensure a clean working environment.
Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc in Chemical Engineering
