Description

To verify all financial transactions in the branch according to the policy, entry into the necessary places including software and preserve the related documents and registers. For this reason work in the team.
Savings and loans related
Regular data entry in the software and complete daily work.
Disbursement of the loan in the software and the default savings status (all components) in the software.
Seeing the savings in the software, return the savings.
Every day, check the collectors’ register.
Deposits to be deposited in the bank with the help of full branch (loan, savings and other) branch manager.
Distribution of debt through the distribution committee.
After the loan disbursement, the verification and credit of the application form, loan agreement and credit approval forms will be reviewed.
Everyday loan distribution, refund of savings, etc. Register and verify the signature.
After the data entry in the software, print the report of cashbook, laneden voucher, debt distribution and savings, and check the file as per date.
Writing checks as per daily requirement and withdrawing money from the bank with the help of branch manager.
Build bills / vouchers and keep them well.
By date, check with the bank statement cachebook.
Supporting the budget and implementing the effective role in controlling it.
Generate Monthly / Quarterly / Semi-Annual Financial Report. At the same time, branch reports are submitted to the head office on time.
Purchase / work according to the purchase policy and keep the accounts properly.
Make sure to use the revenue stamp / VAT / tax.
Prepare in light of the needs of weekly fundraising needs

Educational Qualification:

Graduate trade
Passed in a graduate (trade) or equivalent examination from a recognized university.

Additional Requirements
