We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Deputy Manager (Process & Operation) for Bashundhara Chemical Industries Limited, BIEZL, Mirsharai, Chattogram.

• Ensure all the process equipment has been installed rightly and piping meets the requirement of process & operation.
• Perform all the Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities in coordination with maintenance Department.
• Plan, Organize, Implement, Control and Improve all production functions. Convert input into predetermined quality output.
• Ensure availability of RAW Materials and confirm that these meet the quality standard suitable for the process.
• Ensure smooth operation of equipment through Process Engineers and DCS. Supervision of all production functions operates under standard SOP.
• Ensure that individual equipment Operates under standard SOP.
• Ensure Operational Safety and Fire Safety throughout the Plant.
• Identify the OHS Hazards for the activities within the scope of the department and carry out risks assessment up Process Engineers for troubleshooting of Chemical Plant.
• Manage and assign duties of Shift In Charge, PO, APO oversee their progress of working. Coordination with Maintenance, QC, stores, and other departments for smooth operation.
• To manage Manpower deployment in shifts and assign duties according to the availability of employees.
• Maintain documentation like production log book/maintenance log book/ Quality log book regularly through Process Engineers.
• Periodic reporting to Departmental seniors as and when required, also as assigned.
