Description
- Establish a fully functional and effective fire safety management system.
- Prepare all safety standards, reports & documentation regarding fire safety issue including a fire evacuation plan and procedure.
- Maintain & ensure safety in all area and make sure a free & un-block evacuation for all employees at the Site/ Factory.
- Train up firefighting team members on fire safety, protection, fighting and first-aid requirement.
- Monitoring Fire Fighting & Rescue team and to conduct external & internal fire-related activities.
- Must have basic knowledge on installation and maintenance of Fire Alarm, & Detection System, Fire Hydrant and Sprinkler System.
- Ensure that all fireman, firefighters, and security personnel are in the right order and perform their duties as per requirement.
- Conduct regular fire drill. and emergency evacuation drill to aware employees any emergency incident.
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation on any discipline.
Employment Status: Full-time

- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
- Must have good communication skill in both Bangla & English
