Description

Take responsibility to develop layouts of floor plan, store frontage, lighting plan, and sections plan and get layout file completed by store design officer
Prepare detail/3D professional layout for major new/existing stores & office
Make estimate of requirements for furniture, fixtures and number of lines to be displayed while preparing layouts
Ensure timely renovation of the retail stores as per requirement
Actively follow up store renovation works to ensure that materials and workmanship are available according to approved work order and that works are completed in time.
Take measurement of actual works done after renovation/opening.
Control bills of parties on the basis of actual works done and quality of works.
Establish standard rates of all items of store renovation by taking quotations from different suppliers once every year and take break up of cost.
Ensure proper safety of stores by ensuring strong rolling shutters, good quality fire proof iron safe and electrical fittings according to approved electric load.
Check quality of works done according to requirement.
Follow up store renovation works of assigned projects to ensure that materials and workmanship are available according to work order and that works are completed in time.
Follow up implementation of new ideas in store renovation and check quality of works done according to requirement.
Sourcing and selection of raw material suppliers, furniture, fixture & fittings suppliers, electrical equipment supplier.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture or Interior Designing

Additional Requirements

Age 23 to 29 years
Excellent Communication skills
Both males and females are allowed to apply
Expert in work related software AutoCAD, design etc.
Possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill.
Strong business analytical ability and negotiation skill
Able to work under pressure individually and with team
Patience to travelling across the country
Able to finish project within timeline.
Qualification and expertise in electrical engineering area will be added advantage.
Candidates do not have experience in interior design, renovation & construction industry need not to apply.
