Description

Prepare and execute necessary steps to enable effective implementation of Estate and Logistic Plans.
Coordinate and present logistics support to the company and its ongoing projects.
Ensure logistics requirements and activities
Maintain file keeping procedure for every project and relevant documents, land documents etc.
Maintain all files of the agreements executed with the clients.
Prepare and update of project’s land rents and collect its receipts (Dakhila) from concern land office with the appropriate liaison with the Legal Department of the Company.
Maintain plot and flat registration formalities in concern registry office.
Take all necessary steps to pay Municipality Tax, Electricity, Gas, Water and Sewerage bills etc and keeping its files.
Submit the project plan for RAJUK approval before Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha (RAJUK).
Obtain RAJUK clearance for project land and to have due liaison with authorized officer and others officers of RAJUK.
Others duties as assigned by the company from time to time.

Educational Qualification: Masters degree in any discipline

Should have Masters in any discipline from any recognized University with at least 6-10 years practical experience in the similar position in well-recognized real estate company, govt. / semi-govt. or other organization in the similar field.
Ample knowledge and experience of working with various Govt. organizations; e.g. DESA, DESCO, WASA, Titas Gas, Civil Aviation, DCC, RAJUK, City Corporation, Office of Registrar, Different Departments and Ministries etc.
Good knowledge of Logistics support.
Strong aptitude in land related works such as verification of documents, pursue legal procedure etc.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
Can resolve any arising problems or complaints.
Leadership qualities and capability to manage a large official team and expected to work in a challenging atmosphere.
Sufficient computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office packages.
Educational qualification may be relaxed in case of experienced candidate
