Description
- This is a mid management position with the responsibility of Manual & Digital Surveyor of the Group.
- The Candidate should have 8 years practical experience as Manual Surveyor & Digital Surveyor in any reputed Housing/Real Estate company.
- Must have sufficient knowledge in Land purchase, Land registration, Law, Deed, Parcha, Map, Mousa, Mutation and other related documents from DC office / AC land / Sub Register office / Tahasil Office.
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Engineering
- Diploma in Surveying Technology
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 45 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Job experiences in Govt. Private/renowned Real Estate Company/ Housing Company or developer company in similar post.
- Must be able to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Must be organized and be capable of multi-tasking.
- Must have the ability to perform and be proficient in geometrical and mathematical calculations
- Must have knowledge and ability necessary to perform layout and surveying.
- Must have knowledge of basic computer systems and software of surveying.
- Must be willing to work outdoors in field all weather conditions, climb, and work at various heights.
- Must have leadership abilities and work within a management team to ensure project success.
- Must be flexible to work early or late hours if required by schedule in operation of dredger.
